⚖️Punishment Appeals

Below you will find information regarding how to appeal a punishment.

How do I appeal a punishment:

If you believe that you have been wrongfully punished submit your appeal here. The process behind a punishment appeal review is quite extensive. So we recommend reading our server rules before submitting your appeal. Having accurate information in the appeal will make the chances of the appeal being reviewed better. The staff member reviewing your appeal has the digression to deny it if wrong information is provided or there is a lack of grammar and punctuation.

Not all offences are appealable. If you are unsure whether your ban can be appealed, ask a member of the staff team if your certain punishment can be appealed. This can be done via our Discord server.

My appeal was denied:

Unfortunately if your appeal was denied you must wait seven days before submitting another. Any appeals received before the wait period will be automatically denied.

My appeal was approved:

If your appeal was approved there are two roads this can go down. The first being a reduction in the length of your ban or mute. The second is an instant removal of the punishment, though this may be harder to achieve. Instant removals are only given when their has been sufficient evidence provided to prove the punishment was unjust.
